Famous Athlete at the College Boris Vian USDK

Our school arranged for two famous athlete/ team to come and talk to students.
They asked questions about motivation, routines and time management.

Five members from the USDK Handball team in first division also came to present their sports project.

One is a Croatian international player and will participate to the Olympics in Rio in 2016, one is Hungarian, one is French and plays in the young France team and the last one is in the training centre.

They were able to talk about their sport and university itinerary from their childhood to the present day.
The leader of the group is the fitness trainer and assistant coach, and he explained the basics of a sound, well-balanced nutritional programme, the way to keep the body competitive, the planning of training, the organization of the weekends of match. The debates were in English and French.

They provided a role model for the students, enhanced their motivation, encouraged them to start a sport, and at least take up some physical activity. They taught them to set goals which drive them and direct their efforts and let them follow a healthy lifestyle.

The two coverages were filmed and put online.
A signing session (signature and photos) ended the two hours of discussion.
