The first activity of the day was a robotic competition. The students were divided into teams according to differentsources of energy. (tidal, thermal, geothermic, pluthonium...). Then they made 2 oppostie teams. The tasks of theccompetition was to place all the containers or symbol of energy into the goal. The renewable sources were for 2 points, the bad ones were for 1 point. Each game lasted for 5 minutes. After that the teams changed. After the first turns, therewas the semifinal and final. The winning teams received the award. 

By doing the activity, the  teams learned new vocabulary, cooperated in pairs, supported the players, and followed therules of fair play. They gained the information about useful sources. They learned how to make the small lego robotsmove, by using micro:bits.

The best way to learn things is by doing them. And if doing things is fun, then it is more pleasant to learn new things. Thebest pairs were awarded with special prizes.
