The activity took place on a sandy beach in Dunkirk. The students were divided into several international groups and chose their place where they would create the work. The activity was focused on environmental and energy issues. The task of each team was to create a work of sand related to the environment, its threats and different types of energy. The creation could also be related to the Erasmus+ program itself. Each team was given some work tools and started working. The students created beautiful works. Within the team, they first had to agree on what they were going to do, then plan the work. They learned to cooperate with each other again. They strengthened friendships and team spirit.

A walk on the beach and creative work with sand was an excellent opportunity for the students to get to know the coastal ecosystem. It was very interesting, especially for those students who do not have a sea in their country.
