As a complement to the visit of Cau Ferrat Museum, an artistic workshop was organised outdoors, near the beach in Sitges. As theimpressionists who liked to work outside, the students also worked in the open air.

The students were gathered near the seaside and the staff from Museu Cau Ferrat provided them some paint, pencils and brushes.They only got 4 colours: blue, white, red and yellow and their task was to make secondary colours – green, black, orange, brown...and paint a landscape either imaginary or based upon what they saw around them. They had to evoke a wildfire, expressingthe emotions and feelings such a situation can generate and connecting them with the research made during the previous day at school.
