FRBV26 INC-CC Presentation of Certificates and Farewell Party

On Tuesday, March 24th, we celebrated the conclusion of our hosting week with a heartfelt ceremony and farewell party. It was a highly anticipated moment for everyone. Students and host families gathered at the Espace Jean Vilar in the city centre for the presentation of certificates of attendance, recognizing the students' active participation and enthusiasm throughout the programme.

The atmosphere shifted from formal to festive with the start of a shared community meal. —a wonderful array of food prepared by the families that fostered a truly warm and inclusive atmosphere. The evening culminated in a lively celebration where students danced, sang, and enjoyed each other's company.

Beyond the fun, these moments were vital in strengthening group cohesion and cementing the cultural bonds formed during the week. The festivities drew to a close at 11 p.m., leaving everyone with lasting memories. While the week was over, it was clear that the students were leaving with much more than just a certificate; they were leaving with international friendships and a broadened perspective on the world.

Throughout the evening, it was clear that the students had found a true sense of community, building friendships that transcended borders. There was a palpable sense of happiness and pride during the certificate ceremony. For many, being recognized and valued in such an international setting was a transformative experience that greatly strengthened their self-confidence and sense of identity as young Europeans.
